  • We require a minimum of 24 hours cancelation notice on all psychotherapy services - inclusive of supervision. Failure to do so will attract a charge equivalent to 100% of the session booked. 

    Appointment bookings can only be modified or cancelled by the client receiving the service or their nominated representative. All Our Wellness Collective clients can nominate a representative of their choice act on their behalf in managing/cancelling bookings, managing billing and invoicing and all correspondence by contacting our reception and providing relevant documentation.     All workshop and group therapy sessions require a 72-hr notice of cancelation or the entire booking fee will be charged.
